For this spectacular Old English-style kitchen, Dean built oak wall panelling following the rounded contour of
the silo's walls, and made the matching curved stair railing with ball finial and turned spindles. As is Dean's
usual practise, the kitchen's components were custom-made, not built from stock parts.
At bottom, a close-up photo shows the detailing on the cabinetry. Dean designed leaded-glass upper cabinets to
display the client's pewter collection, and framed the cabinets with hand-carved capitals topping fluted and reeded pilasters.
